Key Aims & Objectives of Service
Prevention: We help people who are having problems with their tenancy or who are at risk of becoming homeless. We aim to help people to keep their home and manage their tenancy better. We help you to look at the problems with your tenancy and take action to deal with them.
One of our housing support team will work with you. They will meet with you regularly in your home. This will be over a fixed period of time; for example for 3 or 6 months. We provide you with practical support. This can include: Helping you to manage your money – budgeting skills, helping you to link with other services (for example, training and employment, addiction and mental health services) and someone to speak or act on your behalf, if needed.
