Key Aims & Objectives of Service
To consistently focus on the target group of young people, with a special emphasis on those identified as being most at risk.
This will be achieved through:
a) Establishment of working partnerships with all key agencies.
b) Effective co-operation with all the above.
c) Recruitment and employment of quality coaches.
d) Delivery of inclusive sports programmes aimed at AT RISK young people with the emphasis on FUN and ENJOYMENT.
E) Providing pathways for the talented performer to pursue their interest.
f) Developing local links with clubs.
G) Providing training opportunities for school co-ordinators, coaches, parents and club personnel.
H) Provide pathways for all young people to get involved in sport and recreation.
I ) To work towards sustaining programmes, and club membership.
