Prevent children from entering the social care system or where children are in care to assist families to be reunited.

Services Provided

Parental skills, establishing positive routine within the home, link to professional services. Advocacy, budgeting, dietary and cookery support with accessing housing, liaising with Community/ Social Welfare, promoting positive well being and self care skills, emotional support.
