FSN has a receptionist in Mellowes Court Counselling Centre at these times, Tel 01 864 8899. There is also a facility for leaving a message. Pieta Finglas is currently operating Mondays evenings, Tuesday mornings, Wed afternoons and Thursday mornings.

Cost: None
Pieta House service is free but donations accepted. Oasis provides affordable counselling to those of low income who would otherwise not be able to avail of counselling. The client and the counsellor agree a weekly fee that can be afforded by the client. No person will be denied counselling because of lack of finance.

Referrals accepted from: People of Finglas.Both Pieta House and Oasis take self referrals. Oasis does not take under 18 years old. Priority is given to those living in Finglas
How to make a referral: Counselling is by appointment. Self referrals from the suicidal and self harming are accepted by Pieta House, ring the central Pieta tel 01 601 0000. General counselling is provided from Oasis Counselling - ring FSN on 01 864 8899 to arrange an appointment.
Centre Overview
46-47 Mellows Court is 5 minutes walk from Finglas Civic Centre. There are two counselling rooms. The premises are leased to FSN. Two distinct counselling services are offered in collaboration with the Fingal Centre, Oasis Counselling and Pieta House.

The two distinct counselling services:
Pieta House offers a professional counselling service for people who have attempted suicide, people who are experiencing thoughts of suicide and people who are engaging in self harm. The service is completely free of charge and Pieta works with both adults and Children. Family support is also offered to the client’s family. The initial assessment takes place at the central Pieta House in Lucan and then appointments are at Mellows Court. The services are by appointment only.
Oasis Counselling Service provides affordable confidential general counselling by appointment - over 18 years of age only.
