Centre Overview
The Day Care Centre provides Day Care for those over 65 years living in Finglas West or East. Clients are referred to the Day Care Centre through the nurse, gp, hospital or community occupational therapist, physiotherapist or social worker. Clients are collected from their homes and brought to the Day Care Centre where they can avail of personal care in the form of a shower, bath, hairdressing or chiropody. Two games of bingo are played daily. The community nurse visits the day care centre to do dressings as necessary. A four course meal is provided daily.
